Co-supervisor of a PhD student (G. Katsagannis) with Dr. Palombo, Prof. Cercignani, Dr. Kopanoglu on Green AI for accelerated medical imaging (Oct 2025 – present).
MSc group project (5 students) with Dr. Palombo on Developing an Affordable and Portable Quantitative MRI System for Resource-Limited Settings (deployment of deep neural networks on embedded systems) (Nov 2025 – May 2026).
Supervision of a master student from Utrecht University (P. Del Popolo) on Acquisition optimization combining physics-informed machine learning and µGUIDE (2025, 6 months).
Supervision of a visiting PhD student from the Technical University of Denmark (T. Lundsgaard Thøgersen) on Axonal signal fraction estimation and uncertainty quantification using µGUIDE in preclinical and clinical diffusion MRI data (2025, 3 weeks).
Helping co-supervise 2 PhD students (C. Aird-Rossiter, E. Gwyther) in Marco Palombo’s research group (2024 – present).
Helping co-supervise a PhD student (L. Rouillard) on Hierarchical-µ{GUIDE}: fast and robust Bayesian hierarchical modelling using deep learning simulation-based inference (2023 – 2024).
